Pressotherapy & Far Infrared Massage Machines: The Buyer Questions We Answer Most
The questions distributors, salon owners, brands and procurement teams ask most before buying pressotherapy and far infrared massage equipment - answered plainly, with links to the full buyer reviews.
Four buyer types, four different checklists
The same machine is evaluated very differently depending on who is buying it. A distributor weighs price bands, territory and supply stability. A salon owner weighs ease of use, training and repeat bookings. A brand weighs customization and launch risk. A procurement team weighs volume pricing, delivery scheduling and compliance.
We have written one review per buyer type, each built around a real purchase journey. Read the one that matches your role, then use the answers below to fill in the gaps.
The questions that come up most
Across every buyer type, the same cluster of questions appears: the full price band, the MOQ, dual voltage, the warranty split between the main unit and consumables, and whether the manufacturer can show its factory and its QC process on a video call. The answers to those questions are in the FAQ below - and each of the buyer reviews linked above goes deeper on what that buyer type actually experienced, from first message to repeat order.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between pressotherapy and far infrared massage?
Pressotherapy (sequential air compression) uses air bags that inflate and deflate in a programmed sequence to support lymphatic drainage and fluid clearance. Far infrared massage adds gentle warming to the same platform. Many machines combine both, so one unit can offer the compression program and the warming option.
What is the minimum order quantity for a first order?
For stock models our MOQ is typically 5 units per model. For customized (private-label) orders the MOQ is higher and depends on the scope of customization - we confirm it item by item after reviewing your requirements.
Do the machines work on both 110 V and 220 V power?
Yes. All units are dual voltage (100-240 V, 50/60 Hz), so the same machine works across markets. We fit the plug for your market before shipment: EU, US, UK or AU.
What warranty do you offer?
The main unit carries a 1-year warranty. Air bags, filters and electrode pads are consumables, and replacement parts are always available from the factory at a known price.
Can you customize the logo, color, packaging and manual?
Yes. We can customize logo printing or engraving, body color, front-panel layout, outer packaging, user manual language and the air-bag layout within the existing platform. Each item has its own lead time and MOQ, which we quote separately.
Are replacement air bags and consumables always available?
Yes. Consumables are stocked at the factory and quoted at a fixed price, so after-sales and spares remain predictable for distributors, salons and chains alike.
